Local Roof Match is a website operated by Lead Callers LLC, which is not a roofing contractor and holds no contractor license in any state. We do not perform roofing work, subcontract it, supervise it, or inspect it. Nothing on this site should be read as a professional opinion about the condition of any roof.
No inspection, estimate, or claim advice
The questions on this site are a screening tool, not a diagnosis. Answering them does not tell anyone whether your roof needs repair or replacement, what that would cost, or whether an insurer would cover it. Only a licensed contractor who physically inspects your roof can say that.
What "vetted" means here, and what it does not
Before a contractor joins our network we ask for evidence of the contractor license their state requires, of general liability insurance, and of workers’ compensation coverage where their state mandates it. That is a check at a point in time, not ongoing supervision: a license can lapse, a policy can be cancelled, and a good crew can have a bad day.
Confirm the license number and current insurance yourself before you sign anything. Most states publish a contractor license lookup, and any legitimate roofer will hand you a certificate of insurance without being asked twice.
Cost figures
Any prices, ranges, or averages shown on this site are national figures drawn from published cost surveys, shown to give a sense of scale. They are not quotes, they are not estimates, and they are not a prediction of what your project will cost. Roofing prices vary widely by region, roof size and pitch, material, access, local labor rates, and what is found underneath the old roof once it comes off.
Independent contractors
Participating contractors are independent businesses, solely responsible for the work they perform, their own licensing and insurance, their permits and inspections, their pricing and contracts, their warranties, and their compliance with the building codes and consumer-protection rules of their jurisdiction. Lead Callers LLC does not supervise or direct their work, does not guarantee it, and does not represent that any particular contractor is better than another.
Insurance claims and deductibles
We do not adjust, negotiate, or file insurance claims and we give no advice about coverage. Many states restrict who may negotiate a claim on a homeowner’s behalf, and many separately prohibit a contractor from paying, waiving, or absorbing your deductible. An offer to "cover your deductible" is a warning sign, not a discount.

Emergencies
This site is not an emergency service and nobody is monitoring it in real time. If a roof is actively collapsing, if there is water reaching electrical wiring, or if anyone is in danger, leave the building and call 911.
