Terms of Service
Last updated: August 1, 2026
By using this website you agree to these terms. Please read them, particularly the sections about what this service is and is not.
What this service is
Lead Callers LLC, a Michigan limited liability company that operates as Premium Leads and does business as LocalRoofMatch, operates a marketing website that gathers information from homeowners who may need roofing work and forwards that information to independent roofing contractors who pay us a fee to receive those inquiries.
We are not a roofing contractor. We hold no roofing license in any state, we do not perform or subcontract roofing work, we do not go on your roof, we do not inspect anything, we do not prepare estimates, and we do not warrant anyone’s workmanship. Our entire role ends when your request reaches a contractor.
Submitting the form is not hiring anyone
Completing the form on this site does not create a contract for roofing work, with us or with anyone else, and it does not commit you to buying anything. A roofing contract exists only when you and a contractor sign one. Nothing you send us obligates you to accept a quote or schedule work.
No guarantee of contact, of price, or of outcome
No participating contractor is obligated to take your project, and we do not guarantee that any contractor will contact you, that one will be available in your area, or that any quote will fall within a particular range. Any cost figures shown on this site are national averages drawn from published surveys and are not an estimate, quote, or prediction about your roof.
Insurance claims
We do not file, adjust, negotiate, appraise, or advise on insurance claims, and we are not public adjusters. Nothing on this site is advice about your policy, your coverage, or your deductible.
Be aware that the law in many states restricts who may negotiate a claim on your behalf — in a number of states a roofing contractor doing so is committing unlicensed public adjusting — and a number of states separately make it unlawful for a contractor to pay, waive, rebate, or absorb your insurance deductible. If a contractor offers to handle your claim or to make your deductible disappear, treat that as a reason to check their license and to read your policy, not as a selling point.
Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and the property, to submit only your own information or information you are authorized to provide, to be at least 18 years old, to be the owner of the property or otherwise authorized to arrange work on it, and not to use this site to submit false, fraudulent, or automated submissions.
Communications consent
If you check the consent box on our form, you are giving express written consent to be contacted at the number you provided by automated dialing technology, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS, by us and by participating roofing contractors and their agents. That consent is not a condition of any purchase and can be revoked at any time using the methods described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any contractor: their licensing, their insurance, their workmanship, their warranties, their permits, their pricing, their conduct in your home, or any damage caused by their work. Those are matters between you and the contractor you choose to hire. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Callers LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, and our total liability arising out of your use of this site will not exceed one hundred dollars.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and marks on this site belong to Lead Callers LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
